GUIDELINES FOR THE BEST PRICE TO YOU:
1.Submit us with a clean outline image of the exact shape you want. No pictures of cookies or other makers cookie cutters. Please be sure that the image is your own design. We cannot copy another person or company’s design.
2.Be sure to also size the image to the exact size and include the dimensions on your drawing so we can verify the size that we print out.
3.Pricing will vary depending of complexity and size of design. Very small or complex cutters are more difficult to form.

5. Please allow us 2-4 weeks from time of payment for custom orders to be filled!
If you need it sooner please contact us, we may be able to get it done depending on how busy we are. Please note that we do charge a RUSH fee for any custom order that is needed sooner than 2 weeks.

Rush charges for custom cutters:
Custom orders can take from 2 to 4 weeks depending upon our work load.
If you need a custom order sooner, we offer RUSH service with a fee added. We charge a $15 fee per cutter to have your custom designs made within 1 week from date of payment (this does NOT include shipping time).
For EXPEDITED service, turnaround time is 48 hours from payment, with a fee of $35 per cutter, not including shipping time or special shipping rates.
If OVERNIGHT or other RUSH shipping is needed, it will be billed in addition to the above rush fees.

Why do I need to have an exact outline of the design?
By submitting to us an image rendered exactly as you want it made saves Eric an enormous amount of time. Time is the primary cost for custom work. If we don't need to email or call back and forth to finalize details, or re-work your design and then have to scan and send it back for your approval, we can offer you the best possible price. Eric is able to form the cutter right from the drawing!
Can we do a custom cutter without an exact outline sent to you?
YES! Of course we are able to make you a custom cutter without you submitting a drawing. We know not all of you are able to do this. HOWEVER, the price will be considerably higher due to the design time Eric will need to spend getting it just how you want it! The price will vary depending on just how much time is spent as well as the detail needed in the cutter itself. Sometimes we get a request for a cutter shape that we already had in mind or that we would like to carry. In this case we will design the cutter for you at a lower rate. Be sure to always ask!
We try to keep our rates as low as we can.
Does sending a photo to you that is similar to what I want but a different size help reduce costs?
This may reduce cost more than say just an idea with no image to work from. HOWEVER, we have found that often this requires so much time spent in re-drawing and working the image as well as emails back and forth that this ends up being almost as costly as no image at all. The best thing is to just ask us and we will see what can be done.
