How do I join?
Joining our REWARDS program is easy. If you have a registered account on our store, then you have to do nothing. All registered users are automatically enrolled.
If you dont have a registered account, simply register for an account the next time you shop and you will be enrolled in our REWARDS program.
How do I earn points?
You earn points for every dollar that you spend on cookie cutters once you have registered with an account on our store.
Your spending level is determined based on your total purchase amount (including tax and shipping), but you will receive rewards points only on the actual merchandise total you spend.
How do I redeem points?
Your points are automatically redeemed for you once you have earned at least $1. Once your order is shipped, your store credit will be ready and waiting for you. We want to make it easy to earn your loyalty.
How does your REWARDS program work?
Earn points for every dollar you spend with us.
When you have enough points they will automatically be converted into store credit.
Depending on your spending level with our store, you will earn anywhere from 5% to 15% of your purchases in store credit.
Below are our threee reward levels.
Spend Level Reward Level
Silver $1-99 5% back on your current order value.
Gold $100-499 10% back on your current order value.
Platinum $500 and Up 15% back on your current order value.
Your spend level is based on your purchases within the past 365 days of spending.
If you made a $100 purchase on the first day of January, every purchase after that will earn you 10% back until the first day of next January.
The 365 days is always calculated back from the current date.
Do my points expire?
Your points don’t expire!
Rules and Regulations
Reward points are available to registered online members only.
Points may take up to 24 hours from the time your order is shipped to be applied to your account.
Points earned or redeemed do not apply to tax or shipping.
Points are earned and redeemable by the e-mail address on account only.
Points are non-transferable.
Points may only be redeemed for purchases and have no cash value.
Points are accumulated by current purchases only.
We hold the right to cancel an account at any time.
Memberships without any activity after a year may be cancelled without notice.
