This is intended to use as a mold to form hamburger patties that are approximately 1/3 lb when filled to the top.  Makes burgers that are equally portioned!  We use these in our home and love them!

Just scoop up a portion of your choice of meat: hamburger, turkey burger,  Salmon cakes, veggie burgers...etc. Press into the mold until even with the top, remove the mold before grilling and enjoy gazing upon your lovely equal portions!

 We also make them in a round shape.
