Excellent Personalized Customer Service
We ordered the Large peacock body and head for my daughters 8th birthday party. I ordered late, and was worried the cutters wouldn't arrive on time. I sent an email to Ecrandal with my concern. I was so happy and surprised when I got a personal phone call to give me shipping options to make sure my cutters arrived on time. I ended up choosing regular shipping, and the two cures arrived perfectly on time for the bakery to make my cookies. We also received a beautiful handmade Thank You note from Erandal thanking us for our business. You don't get that kind of customer service now a days. Very impresses.
