We were very pleased with the quality and craftsmanship of the cutter we recently purchased from ecrandal. We are a commercial bakery and have bought and gone through a lot of cutters and this copper cutter was exactly what we were looking for to stand up to the daily rigors of a commercial bakery and not bend or break after only a couple of uses. We will definitely be buying more cutters from them in the future.
